Our moving cost calculator gives you an instant price range based on city, travel distance, and home size. Select a few options and you’ll see the range we typically charge — it’s quick, transparent, and reflects our flat-rate pricing (no hourly surprises).
Perfect for apartment moves, house moves, or office relocations anywhere in Orange County. Our flat-rate approach means you don’t pay for every extra minute — we work efficiently, and your price is locked in before moving starts.

SERVICE PACKAGES — WHAT’S INCLUDED (READ BELOW)

MOVING ONLY
Includes: Load → transport → unload. Basic disassembly only if required to move safely.
Does NOT include: Packing, unpacking, mounting, or full setup.
Best for: You’ve boxed and labeled everything—just need a truck and muscle.
MOVING + PACKING
Includes: We pack your home before moving day. All packing materials included (boxes, tape, paper, bubble, wardrobe boxes). Load → transport → unload into labeled rooms.
Also included: Small nail/screw hole spackle touch-ups from taking items down during packing.
Best for: Hands-off prep so moving day is fast and clean.
MOVING + WHITE-GLOVE SETUP
Includes: Room-by-room placement so everything lands where it belongs. Rebuild/assemble furniture (beds, tables, etc.). Mounting: TV(s) and wall hangings (art, shelves, mirrors, curtain rods, picture frames) based on home size (see below). Tidy up so it’s photo-ready.
Does NOT include: Packing your items (choose Moving + Packing or Premium if you want packing).
Best for: Move in and live—skip the weekend of assembling and hanging.
PREMIUM (PACKING + WHITE-GLOVE)
Includes: Full packing + materials, complete room-by-room setup, and all the White-Glove perks.
TV + wall-hanging allowances by home size:
- Studio / 1 BR: 1 TV + up to 8 hangings
- 2 BR: 2 TVs + up to 10 hangings
- 3 BR: 3 TVs + up to 12 hangings
Also included: Small nail/screw hole spackle touch-ups from packing/removal.
Best for: True turn-key. Keys in, feet up, everything where you want it.
A-LA-CARTE WHITE-GLOVE (BY DISCUSSION ONLY)
If you only want TV mounting or a few items hung/assembled, we can customize White-Glove to exactly what you need. This is quoted after a quick conversation with our team. We’ll confirm details (room, wall type, mount/bracket) by text once we connect.
QUICK RULES & LIMITS (READ THIS)
- TV mounting standard: drywall with wood studs, TVs ≤ 75″, standard heights.
- Add-ons/complexity (quoted case-by-case): over-75″, over-fireplace, heights > 7.5′, metal studs, tile/brick/masonry, wire raceways.
- No in-wall power. We can refer you to a licensed electrician.
- Spackle = small nail/screw holes only. Client provides matching paint if you want touch-up paint. Not full wall repair or color-matching.
- We don’t move hazardous/illegal items or unboxed loose items under Moving Only. (White-Glove/Premium includes placement and setup, not junk hauling.)
SCHEDULING REALITY
Larger setups may be split into Pack Day → Move Day → Setup Day to keep quality high and timelines sane.
