Welcome to The OC Bros (“Company,” “we,” “our,” “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website (theocbros.com), our services (junk removal, moving, furniture assembly, handyman), estimates, communications (including SMS/Text), and all interactions with us.

1. Services & Estimates

  • We provide same-day or next-day junk removal, moving, furniture assembly, handyman services across Orange County and nearby Long Beach.
  • All estimates are non-binding until confirmed. Once confirmed, we schedule your service and honor the agreed scope. Final price may still vary if additional items, labor, or access challenges are discovered on-site.
  • The “2-minute estimate calculator” and free estimates are tools to approximate cost and scheduling. They do not guarantee a fixed price until on-site confirmation.
  • We require safe, legal access to the service location. You are responsible for items being ready at the agreed pickup site. Additional fees may apply if site conditions delay work

2. Messaging / SMS Consent

By providing your phone number and opting in (via checkbox or other method), you consent to receive a single confirmation text message from The OC Bros at (657) 220-7034 related to your estimate or service request.

  • You will receive only one message per request from this number.
  • No recurring messages are sent.
  • Any further communication will occur through our main business phone line.
  • Msg & data rates may apply.
  • Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help.
  • Consent is not required to purchase or use our services.

3. Opt-In & Privacy Links

  • At the time of opt-in, you will be shown or agree to a disclosure that includes our Privacy Policy and these Terms of Service.
  • Our Privacy Policy details what data we collect, how we use it, sharing practices, and your rights.

4. Payment & Pricing

  • We accept standard payment methods. Payment methods will be presented during quotation or scheduling.
  • Invoices or receipts will be provided upon request.
  • “No Hidden Fees” policy applies: major fees (truck size, disposal, extra labor) are disclosed up front when possible. Additional costs due to special conditions will be communicated before work begins.

5. Liability & Disclaimer

  • We are licensed and insured. Certificate of Insurance (COI) is available upon request.
  • Services are performed “as is.” We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of estimates, scheduling errors, or other service issues to the extent permitted by law.

6. Changes to Terms

We may change these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted with a new “Effective Date.” Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California without regard to conflict-of-law provisions.

8. Access & Site Conditions

You are responsible for ensuring safe, legal access to the service location, including parking arrangements, elevator or gate codes, and clearance for items to be removed or delivered. We may refuse or delay service if conditions are unsafe (e.g., hazardous materials, blocked access, aggressive animals). Additional fees may apply for stairs, long carries, or special handling.

9.Pricing Adjustments

Our online calculator and initial estimates are based on information provided by you. If the actual job scope differs materially (extra items, additional labor time, specialty disposal), the price may be adjusted on-site. We will communicate any change before work proceeds.

10. Damage & Claims

We take reasonable care to protect property during service. If damage occurs, notify us within 48 hours with photos and a description. We may request an inspection before resolution. Our liability is limited to repair or replacement cost up to the amount covered by our insurance policy.

11. Refunds

Deposits, if collected, are refundable for cancellations with at least 24 hours’ notice. After that, deposits may be applied to future service or forfeited at our discretion.

12. User Conduct & Prohibited Use

You agree not to use our services for illegal dumping, disposal of prohibited materials, or unsafe activities. Abusive or threatening behavior toward staff may result in immediate termination of service.

13. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved under the laws of the State of California. You agree to submit claims to small-claims court or binding arbitration in Orange County, CA, and waive participation in class actions where legally permitted.
